Bloodwinter Clan

also known as BWC

Operational presence cooled with the broader DAoC population taper, but the leadership lineage remains identifiable in subsequent siege MMO communities.

Bloodwinter Clan operated on Dark Age of Camelot's Merlin server as an Albion realm guild with a doctrine focused on small-unit RvR and keep siege specialization. The guild's multi-year tenure and roster depth made it one of the recognized organizations of the Merlin RvR scene during the period when Merlin was the home of the most consistent small-man PvP in the game.

The Bloodwinter leadership lineage remains identifiable in subsequent siege MMO communities, including the wave of guilds that migrated through Warhammer Online and into the modern siege titles.
