Privacy Policy

PVPWire is operated by Pizza Robot Studios LLC. We keep data collection minimal. There are no user accounts, and we do not sell personal information. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Server and traffic logs. Standard request logs, including IP address, user-agent, and the resource requested. We use these to operate and secure the Service, to enforce per-IP rate limits on free endpoints, and to compute aggregate agent-traffic telemetry (counts by user-agent class). We do not build individual profiles from these logs.
• Payment data. For premium access, we process the blockchain wallet address and transaction hash of a USDC payment on Base. These are public on-chain data. We do not collect or store credit-card numbers, bank details, or other conventional financial information. Payment is in cryptocurrency only.
• Cookies. The Service itself does not set tracking cookies. Our advertising partner sets cookies as described below.

Advertising (Google AdSense)

This site displays ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to PVPWire and other sites on the internet.

You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info/choices. For more on how Google uses data, see Google’s partner-sites policy.

Third parties we rely on

• Cloudflare hosts the site and API and processes request logs as our infrastructure provider.
• Chainalysis screens inbound payment wallet addresses against public sanctions lists, as required to comply with sanctions law.
• Google AdSense serves advertising, as described above.
• Public blockchains (Base). Payment transactions are recorded permanently on a public ledger outside our control.

How we use data

To operate, secure, and improve the Service; to enforce rate limits and prevent abuse; to verify payments and mint credits; to screen for sanctions compliance; and to display advertising. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use payment data for any purpose beyond fulfilling and securing your purchase.

Retention

Operational logs are retained only as long as needed for security and rate-limiting, then rotated. Aggregate telemetry contains no personal identifiers. On-chain payment records are permanent by the nature of the blockchain and are not something we can delete.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
